I found this article on growingbusiness.co.uk. It is a gross generalisation, but there may be some truth in some small businesses relying on the banks to sort them out. You need a good business plan and practical and astute use of resources to make a business successful.
ReplyDeleteThat's not to say that cash flow isn't important, it is. But it needs to be a two way process and you need to demonstrate to the banks what measures your business will take to grow the business through other means.
